Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required per appointment. This deposit goes towards your appointment and the balance will be owed once the service has been completed. This deposit is non refundable. If an appointment has been canceled the deposit is forfeited. Please only make appointments you are sure you can make to avoid losing your deposit. After 2 consecutive cancellations you will be blocked from booking further appointments. •No-call/ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and blocked from making future appointments. •The grace period for late arrival is 10 minutes from the start of your appointment. If you arrive later than 10 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee and the service may be adjusted to allow me to fit you in (if possible) Ex: not including nail art. After 20 minutes you will be considered a no call no show. ADDITIONAL POLICIES •If you may be sick, reschedule! •Wash hands before entering the studio. •No extra guests unless being serviced •No children •Please wear a mask as you will not be serviced without one. •No cellphones (an inconvenience fee will be charged if you are using your phone during the service) (hands free is allowed) By making an appointment you agree to these policies.
